Charging, Eating, Working

“Charging” in Japanese

When you say “charging” in Japanese we have two ways. The one is verb + “shiteimasu”, and the one is verb + “chuu”.

いま充電しています。Ima Juuden shiteimasu. (I’m charging now.)

いま充電中です。Ima Juudenchuu desu. (I’m charing now.)

充電する = to charge (something)

A: なにしてるの?nani shiteruno?
B: いまデート中 ^_^ ima deeto chuu.

B: I’m dating now 🙂

[Noun + chuu = Verb + ing]
