Greetings when you say thank you

ありがとうございます
arigatou gozaimasu
Thank you.
どういたしまして
Douitashimashite
You’re welcome.

ありがとう, Arigatou,  is used when people appreciates someone. We also say サンキュー which is katakana of “Thank you”.   The formal usage is this below.

Play sound “ありがとうございます。”

どうもありがとうございます。
Doumo arigatou gozaimasu
Thank you very much.

どういたしまして, Douitashimashite, is used for reply when someone says ありがとう Arigatou to you.  (Thank you – You’re welcome. / Arigatou – Douitashimashite)

おねがいします。ありがとう。
Onegaishimasu. Arigatou
Yes, please. Thank you.
